The sonsbeek exhibition can be visited free of charge and without reservation at 14 locations in and around Arnhem, until 29 August. The exhibition can be visited at various locations in the center of Arnhem, as well as in the Sonsbeek and Zypendaal parks, the northern Buitenplaats Koningsweg and the Kröller-Müller Museum. A ticket and reservation must be booked to visit the Kröller-Müller Museum.
Please note: Waiting times may occur at the indoor locations, in relation to the limited capacity of the locations and the Covid-19 measures.
The sonsbeek exhibition is divided into clusters or routes:The exhibition in the parcs and on indoor locations is free of charge and you can visit without reservation.

→ Green Route - Center
This is a walkable route with 7 stops in the center of Arnhem, which you take in about 2 hours. Your route starts at the Eusebius church (also information point) and takes you past the Rozet cultural center, Showroom Arnhem, De Groen Collection, the Waalse Kerk, WALTER books and the Yellow Riders Square.


→ Pink Route - Sonsbeek and Zypendaal park
This is a walkable route of approximately 2 hours through the parks. The route starts at the central information point Molenplaats and leads past the Stadsvilla, the adjacent basketball court and then a dozen different works spread throughout the park: from the Steile Tuin to the Waterfall, the Grote Vijver and Huis Zypendaal.


→ Blue Route - Buitenplaats Koningsweg
This is a walkable route of 4 stops, in the middle of the residential community Buitenplaats Koningsweg, of approximately one and a half hours. Your route starts at the Portershuisje (information point), takes you past the art stages The Yarn and Machinery of Me and ends at De Hangar.


→ Silver Route - Kröller-Müller Museum
This is a walkable route of 5 stops, both in the museum and in the sculpture garden, where many works of art from earlier editions of Sonsbeek can also be seen.

Public programme

Various activities are organized during the 60 sonsbeek days, from performances, film screenings, music performances and lectures to 'sonic lectures', interviews and radio recordings. Visit our agenda here with all current information.

Please note: due to the Covid restrictions, there is a limited capacity for the indoor locations. In the agenda you can find details about making a reservation. Reservations are not required for programs at outdoor locations.
